We are General Contractors that specialize in total shell construction from ground excavation through roof trusses and sheathing. We employ a full staff of carpenters, carpenter helpers, masons and laborers. Our total package pricing reduces your need for multi-subcontractors to do the total shell construction.
As General Contractors we employ a variable rate percentage net cost factor from 5-8%, depending on the value of the project which allows a developer to control his overall project cost. This is further supported by having all sub contractor bids submitted and reviewed by developer and/or representative with the General Contractor. Thus jointly hiring the most qualified and reasonable bid for his project. This controls final cost and creates an amicable working relationship with the principles involved.
